It features five bedrooms, five baths, a three car garage with bonus room over, ten foot high first floor ceilings, and a spectacular kitchen and family room living space. The size of the house is just over 5,000 square feet on one acre of land.

	This was an existing home that we added on to and performed extensive renovations. A three car garage with finished living space over was added. The house was extended to the rear to expand the kitchen and dining room spaces. A new front portico covered entry was designed as well. Interior renovations included an expanded mudroom with a new bathroom. We also created a new first floor laundry and utility room. All of the windows were replaced and a new deck was built to the rear. This project had a defined deadline that was met much to the satisfaction of the owner.
